For Domestic Sales:

To our value customers All our Offers are Cash Offers. We would rather Lower Our Profit Margin / Prices for Cash sales / Offers. it will benefit our customers and AP Polymers for cash flow.

** Purchase Procedure: Purchase Order (P.O.) issue to Alpha Polymer, Email to your Sales Engineer or Sales Manager in your region. **

Payment terms:  All payments are to be paid in full before all goods leave our docks Payment in advance by T.T. or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT or ACH) or Certified Check or the form of payment approved by / and which accepted by our accounting Department.

For Export Sales:

Payment Term Options;  Two Customer Payment Options & preferences listed below:

Due to the Pandemic Covid19 Situation, Starting Feb. 01, 2021 All Payments must be paid in full before any shipments leaving our facilities docks.  Thank you.

(2) Payment terms:  All orders are required the minimum of 60% TT deposit on accepting of anyone's order, Remaining 40% balance TT to our bank within 24 working hours as we notify customer by email/fax/telephone message on the final total quantity/weight of the shipment before leaving our facilities docks; which Remaining & Full payments MUST satisfying our Accounting/Documentation Department before OBL will send to customer by Express Courier. We will email buyer loading photos if required.

***Note:  If the remaining 40% payment is not paid within 24 working hours, customers deposit for the order will be forfeited.  AP Polymers LLC will have the right to do as wish.

L/C Payments will be additional L/C banking charges add USD35 per MT as per offering prices:

(2) L/C Payments ( AP Polymers Most Preferred ): On behalf of the any orders and/or any order sizes are less or more than 100 MT we will accept Confirmed L/C with the world's prime bank in favor of Seller "AP Polymers". All funds are available for negotiation with our Bank the "Bank of America" or "JP Morgan Chase Bank of N.A." and/or our company's preferred bank.  We (The AP Polymers) will provide Customer / buyer the full L/C instructions for opening/issuing of the L/C in favorite of our company the "AP Polymers" 

L/C draft at sight, draft with the documents by presenting OBL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List; Partial shipments is allowed as per our terms and conditions.

Please take our L/C Instruction to your bank for the issuing of L/C exactly as we provided. We do not want to waste time and money on any L/C Amendments.

We prefer payment by L/C for Exports items.

**Regular Customers: We Accept Standby L/C & Revolving L/C.
